Complex care is specialist care provided to individuals with profound health or social care needs, to enhance their quality of life and maximise their potential.
Supporting people with complex care needs can be a challenging experience for families and carers alike. For the service user themselves, it’s important to be in a safe and comfortable environment where they can live life the way they choose to.
What personalised home care support do we provide?

We offer comprehensive care for adults, the elderly and children. Our philosophy of care leads to an approach that is reliable, holistic, transparent and person-centred.

PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) is when a tube is passed into the individual’s stomach via the abdominal wall. This provides a means of feeding when eating by mouth is not possible or isn’t sufficient. PEG feeding can be helpful in several circumstances to avoid malnutrition. The individual need for a PEG would be identified by our specialist team and discussed with the individual
A tracheostomy is an opening (made by an incision) through the neck into the trachea (windpipe). It opens the airway to aid breathing. A tracheostomy can be a short or long term solution. Caring for a person with a tracheostomy includes keeping the tube clean and clear and changing dressings around it
We believe that everything should begin with a face-to-face meeting at a time that’s suitable for you. An upfront, no-obligation discussion helps us understand more about your requirements and how we can help you.
Following this, we will carry out a clinical assessment of the individual’s care needs and go through your available options. We will show you how we work so you can understand how our market-leading technology and teams will support you.
Once a care plan is agreed, we’ll assemble a specialist team, trained to meet your requirements. Each care package is led and coordinated by a registered nurse and a clinically-trained care associate.
We’ll organise frequent check-ins to encourage regular feedback on our care or changes to your requirements or preferences and ensure that we always exceed your expectations. Our phones are answered 24-hours a day, seven days a week by a dedicated out-of-hours team. So, if you ever need to contact us, we’re here to help.
